THANK YOU for being who you are in our Lord!!! What an absolute delight and joy to meet and be with you. WOW!!!  What a blessing you were to our women's track. They loved you! The evidence of that was in 25 pre-registrations for the luncheon and 180 women showing up.  Also the workshops averaged very high attendance, per session. PRAISE GOD!!

High marks for you were reflected on the evaluation forms.  Many indicated that they appreciated your availability during the free time and in the dining room. They felt you connected well with them and your messages were practical with everyday application.  They appreciated the Biblical focus as you spoke on Philippians and one lady said, "I hung on her every word."  Many expressed how much they loved your messages and the illustrations.

I would like to thank you for making our 2002 Women's Retreat a huge success.  I am still receiving positive comments and notes from women who attended.  Many have told me that it was like you were speaking directly to them as if no one else was in the room.  One women wrote in her evaluation that the most helpful part of the retreat was, "A speaker that moved my spirit in a way that I rededicated my life to the Lord.  I look forward to a growing relationship with the Lord.  I never cried so much at such a happy

Thank you, Kathy, for such an enriching time together.  The women have had
absolutely nothing but favorable comments about you as a speaker. On the women's evaluations I asked them "what was the highlight of the retreat for you?"  Here are some of their answers:

Then today, a woman stopped me in the parking lot a little while ago and commented how she believed you went above and beyond what was expected of you.  You were so available to the women and it was so appreciated.  "So many speakers speak and then disappear.  Not Kathy!" was her parting comment.

I feel very safe in saying that every woman in attendance this past weekend left the retreat with a new perspective: with eyes that look outward to a world so in need of God's vision in their lives and inwardly to begin the healing process He so desperately wants to accomplish in their lives. 

It is for this very reason, Kathy, that we all want to express our heartfelt appreciation for your honesty, your encouragement and your God-given ability to create an atmosphere where each one of us was able to relate our stories, accept our weaknesses, and then share them with the women in our immediate faith community. As I watched our women listening attentively, copiously taking notes, laughing, and nodding their heads in agreement, I knew God had led me to just the right person for our Christmas Tea.  Kathy Collard Miller is a delight!  Just the right amount of theology,  transparent sharing, and humor to make every woman walk away with the belief that she was speaking "just to her."  Her sharing of the Gospel is energetic, straightforward, and meaningful to women wanting a relationship with God in their lives everyday.
